Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you total command over your email mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a new mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward electronic mails from one electronic mail account to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming mail messages based on specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and set the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply specify the email mailbox account you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
